The Commission received an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones (CityTel), dated 16 August 2002 and modified on 21 August 2002, to add item 13, Internet Backbone Access, under section 8 of its General Tariff, in order to give Internet service providers access to the CityTel Internet Pipe for the purpose of reselling Internet services. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves CityTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

4. |
CityTel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect these changes. |
