The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 4 July 2002 and modified on 28 August 2002, to revise its Special Facilities Tariff in order to introduce new items numbered D35(b), (c), (d) and (e), OC-3 Digital Facilities. The new items relate to the provision of OC-3 digital facilities between various locations in Ontario (Thornhill, Oakville, Chatham and Burlington). |

Bell Canada indicated that these items were developed to meet the requirements of a specific customer but would be made available to other customers. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
