The Commission received an application by Hay Communications Co-operative Limited (Hay Communications), dated 1 September 2002, to revise items 2, 3, 4, 7.03, 7.04, 11, 13, 14 and 15, under section 490 of its General Tariff, Miscellaneous Equipment, pursuant to Section VII-B of Regulatory framework for the independent telephone companies in Quebec and Ontario (except Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, Québec-Téléphone and Télébec ltée), Telecom Decision CRTC 96-6, 7 August 1996. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Hay Communications' application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

Hay Communications is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
