Telephone set loss charge

1.

The Commission received an application by Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited (Tuckersmith), dated 13 August 2002, to revise section 120, Telephone Set Loss Charge, of its General Tariff, in order to remove all reference to the Telephone Set Loss Charge from its tariff.

The Commission notes that the application was filed pursuant to Section VII-B of Regulatory framework for the independent telephone companies in Quebec and Ontario (except Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, Québec-Téléphone and Télébec ltée), Telecom Decision CRTC 96-6, 7 August 1996.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Tuckersmith's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

Tuckersmith is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect these changes.
