Suspension of service |

1. |
The Commission received an application by the Ontario Telecommunications Association (OTA), dated 30 July 2002, to revise item 407, Suspension of Service, under section 4 of the Ontario Independent Services Tariff, in order to increase the charges for suspension and restoration of service. |

The proposed charges for temporary discontinuance of service for a period of one to six months are as follows: |

OTA also proposed that suspension of service be provided for a minimum of one month. The OTA also included as part of item 407 an updated list of member companies for which these terms and conditions would apply. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|

5. |
The Commission approves the OTA's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
|
|
6. |
OTA is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
