The Commission received an application by La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie (La Baie), dated 15 July 2002, to revise item 2.1.3, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange Service and Extended Area Service, and item 2.1.4, Equivalent Service, under section 2.1 of its General Tariff, in order to include Touch-Tone service as part of its basic local residential and business line services. In addition, La Baie proposed to remove the pulse service references from its General Tariff. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approvesLa Baie's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

La Baie is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
