The Commission received an application by Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited (Tuckersmith), dated 31 July 2002, to remove the Internet Access Service item from section 700 of its General Tariff. |

The Commission received no comment with respect to the application. |

In Telecom Order CRTC 99-592, 25 June 1999, the Commission granted forbearance from Retail Internet Services upon demonstration of accounting separation for Internet services operations. In a letter dated 29 June 1999, the Ontario Telephone Association (now the Ontario Telecommunications Association), on behalf of Tuckersmith, demonstrated this requirement. This requirement was approved by the Commission in its letter dated 17 August 1999. |

The Commission approves Tuckersmith's application. The revisions take effect as of 15 September 2002. |

Tuckersmith is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change. |
