The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 22 July 2002, to add item D36(ff), Digital Transmission Facilities - DS-1, to its Special Facilities Tariff in order to provide a DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in Lawrenceville, Quebec, located in the operating territory of CoopTel, and the nearest Bell Canada central office. |

The Commission received no comment with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
