Interconnection agreement between competitive local exchange carrier and interexchange carrier |

The Commission received an application by Bell West Inc. (Bell West), dated 23 July 2002, for approval of the executed Master Agreement for Interconnection (the agreement) between Bell West and AT&T Canada Corp. (AT&T Canada). |

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between Bell West's and AT&T Canada's networks. |

3. |
The Commission received no comment with respect to the application. |

4. |
The Commission approves Bell West's application. |
