Sogetel inc.
Reference: Tariff notices 110 and 110A

Fall 2002 Promotion

The Commission received an application by Sogetel inc. (Sogetel), dated 5 July 2002 and amended on 9 July 2002, to revise General Tariff item 2.13.7, Fall 2002 Promotion, in order to introduce a promotion for residential and business customers from 23 September 2002 to 16 November 2002.

Sogetel proposed that during this promotion, residential and business customers who subscribe to one "designated service" would receive the service free of charge for two months. In addition, customers who select the pre-authorized payment plan would receive the "designated service" free of charge for an additional month and have their names entered into a draw for a chance to win one of three digital cameras.

The Commission received no comment with respect to the applications.

The Commission approves Sogetel's applications.

Sogetel is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
