Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers |

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 16 July 2002, for approval of the executed Schedule C and appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (the agreement) between TCI and Call-Net Communications Inc. (CNCI). |

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between TCI's and CNCI's networks. The proposed Schedule C and appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4 outline additional interconnection arrangements between both parties. |

The Commission notes that TCI filed Schedule C and appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4 in confidence as the release of this information would provide competitors with sensitive network and commercial information. TCI did not provide an abridged version of those documents for the public record as they would not be meaningful when abridged. |

The Commission received no comment with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves TCI's application. |
