Billing and collection services agreement

1.

The Commission received an application by Société d'administration des tarifs d'accès des télécommunicateurs (SATAT), dated 6 June 2001, for approval of the unexecuted Billing and Collection Services Agreement between the independent telephone companies who are SATAT members and eligible service providers.

2.

The Commission approved the application on an interim basis in Billing and collection services agreement, Order CRTC 2001-540, 6 July 2001.

3.

The Commission received no comment with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves on a final basis SATAT's application.
