The Commission received an application by Société d'administration des tarifs d'accès des télécommunicateurs (SATAT), dated 6 June 2001, for approval of the unexecuted Billing and Collection Services Agreement between the independent telephone companies who are SATAT members and eligible service providers. |

The Commission approved the application on an interim basis in Billing and collection services agreement, Order CRTC 2001-540, 6 July 2001. |
|

3. |
The Commission received no comment with respect to the application. |
|

The Commission approves on a final basis SATAT's application. |
