Remote call forwarding service |

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 17 May 2002 and amended on 14 June 2002, to migrate the following tariff items to Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 400, Remote Call Forwarding Service: |

- Island Telecom Inc. General Tariff item 1120; |

Aliant Telecom proposed that General Tariff item 400 also apply in Newfoundland and Labrador. Aliant Telecom noted that Remote Call Forwarding Service was inadvertently removed from NewTel Communications Inc.'s General Tariff when the company deleted certain tariff items pursuant to Forbearance - Regulation of Toll Services Provided by Incumbent Telephone Companies, Telecom Decision CRTC 97-19, 18 December 1997. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
