The Commission received an application by Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), dated 7 June 2002, to revise General Tariff item 3.3.18, "Les services Étoiles", in order to introduce the promotion "Offre Permanente 2002". |

Télébec proposes to offer residential and business customers who purchase a telephone set from the company and subscribe to the SmartTouch services "Vedettes" or "Forfaits", a $5 rebate towards the purchase of the new telephone set. |

3. |
This offer is available to subscribers who decide to purchase a new telephone set from the company to replace a rental set. |

4. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|

5. |
The Commission approves Télébec's application. The revisions take effect as of 7 August 2002. |
