Wireless service provider network access service agreement and 9-1-1 agreements


The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 28 May 2002, for approval of the following executed agreements between TCI and Bell Mobility Cellular Inc. (Bell Mobility):

- Wireless Service Provider Network Access Service Provider Agreement;

- Wireless Service Provider Enhanced Provincial 9-1-1 Network Access Service Agreement for British Columbia; and

- Wireless Service Provider Enhanced Provincial 9-1-1 Network Access Service Agreement for the Alberta Region.


The agreements set out the terms and conditions for the provision of interconnection facilities and termination service between TCI's and Bell Mobility's networks.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves TCI's application.
