The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 28 May 2002, for approval of the following executed agreements between TCI and Bell Mobility Cellular Inc. (Bell Mobility): |

The agreements set out the terms and conditions for the provision of interconnection facilities and termination service between TCI's and Bell Mobility's networks. |

3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
4. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. |
