The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 18 June 2002, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item D65(a)(7), Hybrid Packet Network, in order to provide for the contract renewal of a 9.6 Kbps multipoint asynchronous digital facility. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
