Messaging bundle promotion |

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 28 May 2002, to revise General Tariff item 2260, Messaging Bundle, in order to introduce a promotion from 1 August 2002 to 31 October 2002, for new individual line residential and business customers who subscribe to the Messaging Bundle. These subscribers will receive a $3 reduction in the current $18 monthly rate for a period of two months. |

The applicant submitted that this promotion is intended to increase the penetration in the residential and business market of the following calling features and messaging services that make up the Messaging Bundle: Call Again, Call Answer Plus, Call Display, Call Forward, Call Return, Call Waiting, Three Way Calling and Visual Call Waiting. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves MTS' application. |

MTS is directed to issue the tariff pages that withdraw the new promotion from the tariff pages upon completion of the promotion. These tariff pages are to be issued within 10 days of completion of the promotion. |
