Optional services

1.

The Commission received an application by Cochrane Public Utilities Commission (Cochrane), dated 27 March 2002, to revise General Tariff section 490, Miscellaneous Equipment, in order to increase monthly rates as follows:

- Call Forwarding, Speed Calling, Three-Way Calling, Call Waiting, Teen Service and Call Wake Up from $3.00 to $4.00 each for both residential and business customers;
- Cancel Call Waiting from $1.00 to $2.00 for both residential and business customers;
- Teen Service 2 from $5.00 to $6.00 for both residential and business customers;
- Custom Calling Features - Additional features from $2.00 to $3.00 each for both residential and business customers;
- Call Management Service - One feature from $3.50 to $4.50 for residential customers and from $4.50 to $5.50 for business customers; and
- Call Management Service - Additional features from $2.50 to $3.50 each for residential customers and from $3.50 to $4.50 each for business customers.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Cochrane's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

Cochrane is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
