The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 24 May 2002, to revise the former TCI General Tariff item 240, Extended Area Service (EAS); item 425, Exchange Service; item 485, Integrated Services Digital Network - Basic Rate Interface (ISDN-BRI) Service; item 495, Integrated Services Digital Network - Primary Rate Interface (ISDN-PRI) Service; item 505, Switched 56 Digital Service; and item 585, Centrex Service, in order to adopt the uniform banding structure approved in Restructured bands, revised loop rates and related issues, Decision CRTC 2001-238, 27 April 2001. |

TCI submitted that the proposed revisions have no customer impact, as there are no changes to the current rates or how the services are offered |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
