The Commission received an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 22 May 2002, to revise item 2.21, Gigabit Ethernet Local Area Network - Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, under section TB1000 of its General Tariff, in order to replace the 36-month initial service period of with one of 24 months, and revise the monthly rate to better reflect the requirements of the customer. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Thunder Bay Telephone's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

4. |
Thunder Bay Telephone is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
