Arrangements for data transmission

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 23 May 2002, to add item D7(r), 56 Kbps Data Channels, to its Special Facilities Tariff in order to provide a 56 Kbps digital facility between Ste-Rose-du-Nord and Chicoutimi, Quebec.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application.The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
