Forbearance of Internet services

1.

The Commission received an application by Huron Telecommunications Co-operative Limited (HuronTel), dated 27 May 2002, to revise General Tariff section 700, Data Services, in order to take into account the forbearance from regulation of competitively provided Internet services, pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 97-1666, 14 November 1997.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves HuronTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

HuronTel is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
