The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 28 May 2002, to revise General Tariff item 2.20.03, SmartTouch Services, in order to introduce a promotion for all local residential subscribers from 12 August 2002 to 29 September 2002. |

TELUS Québec proposed that during this promotion, new subscribers would receive the following SmartTouch features for the first three months: |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves TELUS Québec's application. |
