The Commission received an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor (St-Victor), dated 18 March 2002, to revise its General Tariff item 2.1.3, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange Service and Extended Area Service, in order to: |

St-Victor also proposed to clarify that these rates include the Message Relay Service. |

The revisions result from adjustments for inflation and are in accordance with Regulatory framework for the small independent telephone companies, Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves St-Victor's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

6. |
St-Victor is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
