Telecom Order CRTC 2002-268

Ottawa, 4 July 2002

La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor
Reference: Tariff notice 22

Residential and business primary exchange services

The Commission received an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor (St-Victor), dated 18 March 2002, to revise its General Tariff item 2.1.3, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange Service and Extended Area Service, in order to:

- increase its residential individual line monthly rate by $1.00 to $17.63;

- increase its business individual line monthly rate by $0.75 to $38.38;

- increase its business key telephone system monthly rate by $0.77 to $39.40; and

- increase its business private branch exchange line monthly rate by $0.99 to $45.62.

St-Victor also proposed to clarify that these rates include the Message Relay Service.

The revisions result from adjustments for inflation and are in accordance with Regulatory framework for the small independent telephone companies, Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves St-Victor's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

St-Victor is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
