The Commission received an application by Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem Inc. (St-Éphrem), dated 30 April 2002, to revise its General Tariff in order to add item 2.8, Resale and Sharing, in accordance with Extending the availability of alternative formats to consumers who are blind, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-13, 8 March 2002. |

The new item provides for the addition of a condition of service in contracts or other arrangements with resellers, requiring resellers to provide, in alternative format: |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
4. |
The Commission approves St-Éphrem's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

5. |
St-Éphrem is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
