Change of name for QuébecTel Alizé Inc.


The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc., dated 9 April 2002, to revise General Tariff item 100, Terms, Conditions and General Services, as a result of the amalgamation of QuébecTel Alizé Inc. and TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. to form a corporation under the name of TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.


The proposed revisions serve to change all references to QuébecTel Alizé Inc. in the General Tariff to TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.'s application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
