Northern Telephone Limited Partnership

Corporate name change


The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited (Northern), dated 31 January 2002, to revise General Tariff section N10, in order to change the current name of the company to Northern Telephone Limited Partnership.


The Commission approved the application on an interim basis in Ex parte application, Telecom Order CRTC 2002-141, 8 April 2002.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves on a final basis Northern's application.
