Operator services

1.

The Commission received an application by the Association des Compagnies de Téléphone du Québec inc. (ACTQ), dated 17 April 2002, to amend Appendix 10 of the interconnection agreements between Bell Canada and the following ACTQ member-companies: Sogetel inc., Téléphone Milot inc., La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc., La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc., La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick, La Compagnie de Téléphone Upton Inc., La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie, Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot Inc., Compagnie de téléphone Nantes inc., CoopTel et Téléphone Guèvremont inc.

Appendix 10 consists of the agreement relating to operator services and sets out the terms for providing the following services:

- subscriber listing information;

- local operator assistance; and

- basic listing interchange file.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves the ACTQ's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

ACTQ is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
