The Commission received an application by Thunder Bay Telephone (Thunder Bay Telephone), dated 24 April 2002, to add item 6, Multi-Point Option, under section TB920 of its General Tariff. This new option under Digital Network Services relates to the provision of a central office bridging arrangement for local and adjacent exchange multi-point digital channel service circuits. Thunder Bay Telephone proposed to offer this option on a monthly basis at a rate of $20. |

Thunder Bay Telephone indicated that the multi-point option service would be provided at the company's discretion, within certain exchanges. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Thunder Bay Telephone's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

Thunder Bay Telephone is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
