Amalgamation of tariff items |

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 19 April 2002, to integrate tariff items pertaining to the Eligibility for Exclusive Tariffs for Health and Education Entities into the TCI General Tariff item 127. |
|

The applicant proposed to integrate the following three items: |
|
| - the TCI General Tariff item 525; | ||
| - the TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. Special Assembly Tariff item 6701; and | ||
| - the TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. Special Assembly Tariff item 10. | ||

All of these items are identical and reflect the currently approved service description, definitions and conditions of service. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
|
5. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
