Northern Telephone Limited
Reference: Tariff notice 172

Common channel signalling 7 service


The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited (Northern), dated 1 March 2002, to revise item 3, Digital Access Channel, under section N230 and item 6, Interconnecting Circuits with Trunk-Side Access, under section N630 of its General Tariff, in order to provide for CCS7 signalling between Northern's CCS7 network and the networks of other service providers.


The Commission received comments from Rogers Wireless Inc. in support of tariff notice 172.


The Commission approves Northern's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.


Northern is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
