The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited (Northern), dated 1 March 2002, to revise item 3, Digital Access Channel, under section N230 and item 6, Interconnecting Circuits with Trunk-Side Access, under section N630 of its General Tariff, in order to provide for CCS7 signalling between Northern's CCS7 network and the networks of other service providers. |

The Commission received comments from Rogers Wireless Inc. in support of tariff notice 172. |

The Commission approves Northern's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

4. |
Northern is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
