Non-material changes to tariffs |

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 18 April 2002, to delete the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff items for those services where the initial service periods have expired and customers have terminated service. The company also proposed to delete the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff item Z-114, Customer Specific Business Service, since the customer for this service has terminated its service agreement with the company. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

These revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided. |

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
