Digital transmission facilities


The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 22 April 2002, to revise its Special Facilities Tariff item D36, Digital Transmission Facilities - DS-1, in order to provide for DS-1 facilities between the customers' premises in Nantes, Lambton and Ste-Rosalie, Quebec, located in the operating territories of Compagnie de téléphone Nantes inc., La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc., and Téléphone Guèvremont inc., respectively, and various Bell Canada central offices.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
