The Commission approves the application by Northern Telephone Limited (Northern), dated 5 March 2002 and amended on 7 March 2002 and 4 April 2002, to revise General Tariff item 4 of section N100, Exchange Rate Groups; item 5 of section N100, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service; and item 5 of section 490, Touch-Tone, in order to eliminate exchange rate groups 3A and 3B and to increase the rates for residential and business primary exchange services, and Touch-Tone service, as a result of adjustments for inflation. |

These revisions are in accordance with the Commission's Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
||
The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
||
Northern is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
