The Commission approves the Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group between The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division (Thunder Bay Telephone) and TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), filed on 2 April 2002. |

This agreement sets the terms and conditions under which Thunder Bay Telephone will provide for equal access interconnection through trunk-side access to TCI, and details the functions and responsibilities of Thunder Bay Telephone's Carrier Services Group in relation to the interconnection of Thunder Bay Telephone's network to the facilities and equipment of TCI. |
