Digital network services

The Commission approves on a final basis the application by Northern Telephone Limited, dated 5 December 2000 and amended on 15 December 2000, to revise General Tariff section N900, Digital Network Services, in order to introduce a new rate band for digital network access for customers on a 5-year contract basis.The proposed monthly recurring charge is $220 per customer location and the proposed service charge is $700.

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2001-20, 16 January 2001.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.
