SmartTouch services

The Commission approves the applications by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 27 February 2002, to revise General Tariff item 2.20, "SmartTouch services", in order to introduce the following promotions:

  • from 15 April to 12 May 2002, all local residential customers who order call waiting service will pay a monthly rate of $3.45 for the first six months of service (the call waiting promotion); and
  • from 13 May to 16 June 2002, all local residential customers who order call forwarding service will pay a monthly rate of $2.95 for the first six months of service (the call forwarding promotion).

The Commission received no comments with respect to the applications.

The revisions regarding the call waiting promotion take effect as of 15 April 2002 and those regarding the call forwarding promotion take effect as of 13 May 2002.
