Interconnection agreements

The Commission approves the following agreements between Aliant Telecom Inc. and EastLink Limited (EastLink), dated 20 February 2002:

  • Master Agreement for Interconnection between Local Exchange Carriers; and
  • Master Agreement for Competitive Local Exchange Carrier-Interexchange Carrier Interconnection.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application by EastLink to support the company's intention to offer service as a competitive local exchange carrier in New Brunswick.
