The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an application by GT Group Telecom Services Corp. (Group Telecom) to add General Tariff item 6, Late payment charge. This change will cover the administration and carrying charges related to accounts that are owed to the company and are in arrears. |

Group Telecom filed the application on 13 February 2002. |

|
The revisions take effect as of 15 March 2002. |
