Telecom Order CRTC 2002-108

Ottawa, 28 February 2002

Bell Canada
Reference: Tariff notices 739 and 739A (National Services Tariff)

Digital network services

The Commission approves, on an interim basis, a request by Bell Canada to introduce a dedicated OC-3 (155 Mbps) and an OC-12 (622 Mbps) access services and to add the tariff components, Protection for OC-3 and Protection for OC-12. The company also proposes to grandfather the corresponding OC-3 and OC-12 services in the Special Facilities Tariff and to migrate them to the General Tariff after contracts expire.

Bell Canada filed the application on 19 October 2001 and amended it on 26 October 2001 to revise items 300, 301 and 302 of the National Services Tariff.

The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
