Digital network access - Special tariff for health and education |
The Commission approves a request filed by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom) on behalf of NBTel Inc. (NBTel) to amend NBTel's OC-48 special tariff for health and education (CRTC 12002, item 3777.1). |
The proposed amendment restricts subscribers of the OC-48 access service, under the special tariff for health and education, such that they can only obtain connection to a network service but not to another facility. Subscribers who wish to connect an OC-48 access facility to another OC-48 access facility can still do so under Tariff CRTC 12002, item 3776.1, Digital Network Access - OC-48. |
Aliant Telecom filed the application on 24 January 2002 to revise item 3777.1 of NBTel's Special Services Tariff. |
The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
