On 11 December 2001, Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) filed an ex parte application concerning a long distance service discount plan for residence customers. |

The Commission is not prepared to deal with the application on an ex parte basis. |
||
Northwestel is to provide an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within three business days. |
