Subject: Application by Vidéotron Télécom ltéé against Bell Canada and Bell Nexxia relative to the Provision of Fibre Optic Private Networks: Revised deadlines

Dear Sir/Madam:

With respect to Bell Canada's request of 15 November 2002 for an extension to the deadline for the filing of responses to the Commission's interrogatories, and after careful consideration of Bell Canada's submissions and those of Vidéotron Télécom ltéé (VTL) of 18 November 2002, revised deadlines have been established and are set out below.

By 29 November 2002, Bell Canada is to respond on behalf of itself and Bell Nexxia to the questions attached to the Commission's letter of 6 November 2002, providing copies of its responses to other interested parties. VTL may file comments, strictly limited to dealing with the information contained in Bell Canada's responses, serving a copy on Bell Canada and other interested parties, by 10 December 2002. Bell Canada on behalf of itself and Bell Nexxia, may file its answer to VTL's comments, serving a copy on VTL and other interested parties, by 16 December 2002. Interested parties may file submissions on VTL's comments, serving a copy on other interested parties, by 16 December 2002. VTL may file reply comments, serving a copy on other interested parties, by 23 December 2002.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, it should be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
