Ms Muriel Chalifoux Dear Ms. Chalifoux: Subject: Proposed Phase III Manual Updates On 18 February 2002, the Commission received an application dated 5 February 2002 from Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), in which it proposed updates to its Phase III Manual. The Commission has reviewed Northwestel's proposed changes and approves the updates as submitted. The Commission directs Northwestel to file with the Commission and serve on interested parties amended Phase III Manual pages that reflect these revisions within 30 days of the date of this letter.
