Dear Ms. Griffin-Muir
Re: Part VII application for an interim order on an expedited basis for access to public highways and municipal property located in the City of Surrey
Further to your letter of 27 February 2002, Commission staff notes the request by AT&T Canada Corp., on behalf of itself and AT&T Canada Telecom Services Company (collectively AT&T Canada) to withdraw its application of 8 November 2001 seeking an order for access to public highways and municipal property located in the City of Surrey. Based on this request, and the fact that AT&T Canada and the City of Surrey have reached an agreement resolving their differences, staff considers that AT&T Canada's request of 27 February 2002 is appropriate and that no further action by Commission staff is required at this time.
Yours sincerely
