The Commission approves the application by Pemberton T.V. Society to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Pemberton Valley and authorizes the licensee to add three television transmitters to distribute, in a non-scrambled mode, the signals of The Discovery Channel, CIVT-TV Vancouver and WTBS Atlanta using channels 2, 10 and 13 respectively, each with a transmitter power of 10 watts. |

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application. |

The authority will be effective only at such time as the licensee confirms in writing that it is ready to begin operation of the transmitters. This must take place within 12 months of today's date. Any request for an extension to that deadline requires Commission approval and must be made in writing within that period. |
