Corporate reorganization of North Superior Broadcasting Ltd.

1.

The Commission approves the application by North Superior Broadcasting Ltd., licensee of the radio programming undertakings CFNO-FM Marathon and CJWA-FM Wawa, for authority to effect a corporate reorganization. The corporate change will be implemented through the transfer of all 1,048 common shares (10.84%) held by Mr. Peter A. Burns to Mrs. Wendy M. Bell. This transaction will increase Mrs. Bell's holdings to 3,666 common shares (37.93%).

2.

The Commission notes that the effective control of the licensee will remain with Mr. Spencer S. Bell, who holds 6,000 common shares (62.07%).

3.

The Commission will amend its ownership records to reflect the authorized ownership of North Superior Broadcasting Ltd., as shown in the attached appendix.
