The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the French-language radio network operated by Radiomédia inc. for the broadcast of the baseball games of the Montréal Expos, from 1 April 2002 to the end of the 2002 baseball season, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. |

The decision released today does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. If the licensee files a licence renewal application, the Commission will announce it and interested parties will then have an opportunity to comment. |
