Extension of time limit to implement three new transmitters |

1. |
The Commission approves the application by Native Communications Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of new transmitters of CINC-FM Thompson, at Brandon, granted by Decision CRTC 2001-126 dated 26 February 2001 and at Fox Lake and Lake Manitoba, granted by Decision CRTC 2000-32 dated 2 February 2000. |

The Commission grants the licensee an additional twelve (12) months, until 26 February 2003 for the implementation of its authority for the transmitter in Brandon and until 2 February 2003 for the transmitters in Fox Lake and Lake Manitoba. |

3. |
The licensee's failure to meet a new implementation deadline will cause the authority in question to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date. |
|

4. |
The authority to operate each undertaking will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. |
