Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-61

Ottawa, 4 March 2002

Mix FM Inc.
Lewisporte, Newfoundland and Labrador

Application 2002-0105-4

Extension of time limit to implement a new radio programming undertaking

The Commission approves the application by Mix FM Inc. for extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new radio programming undertaking at Lewisporte, granted by Decision CRTC 2001-50 dated 9 February 2001.

The Commission grants the licensee an additional six (6) months, until 9 August 2002, to implement this authority.

The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date.

Once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations, the licence for this undertaking will be issued.
